More than 110 years ago, the South exported its cotton through Baghdad, on Washington Beach, to avoid a Union Blockade. Today Baghdad is gone, victim of a hurricane, but Washington Beach remains a shell hunter’s paradise.

Bring your own sack lunch along with a drink. A cooler with ice will be provided.
